A serious issue with the hot water!!! It turns into a cold trickle within moments!!! The receptionist could benefit from a refresher in hospitality to avoid souring the experience right at check-in!!!

when we visit melide, like staying here. the setting is marvellous, it's just next door to shops, the center of the town and the centre of melide. also, concello de melide is around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The check-in was an absolute disaster, woudl ve been nice to have someone help us instead of just standing outside like a lost puppy. The hot water situation was a joke. It started strong and then just trickled away, leaving me feeling a bit cheated. Honestly, i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

Very enjoyable experience there. Fabulous and absolutely great hotel, great base for 1 night in Melide. Favourable, stunning location near to the center of the town, the centre of Melide and the back garden, helpful staff. For shots visit Cerveceria Chaplin, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the camino de santiago path and the old town. Our room was super clean and quiet, essential for us. The swimming pool was good! It was a great retreat after exploring the beautiful sights nearby.

Comfortable Stay with a Minor Setback
The staff provided a warm welcome. Enjoyed the charming garden area, perfect for breakfast. Unfortunately, the hot water running out quickly made showering after a long day challenging. I recommend addressing any water issues before checking in for a smoother experience.

The spacious room was a highlight, offering both comfort and warmth upon arrival, with a good-sized shower and efficient hot water. Enjoying the homemade ice cream in-house was a good surprise. The facilities were upgraded, yet the noise from outside interfered with sleep, and the pool did not seem to be in use , disappointing.
